LPAT Decision re 3100-3200 Bloor about Parties, Participants and Dates

The Tribunal has ordered that

1. TOCA is conferred Party status.

2. Participant status is conferred to SKCA as well as David Amato and Meaghan Payne representing 47 households.

3. A status Telephone Conference Call is scheduled for Tuesday, August 31, 2021, at 9 a.m. to finalize the Procedural Order and Issues List, and revisit the request for participant status by Joseph Sunday..

4. A ten-day hearing is scheduled to commence Monday, May 30, 2022, by video.

Resident Associations Workshop - Multi-Tenant (Rooming) Houses

The City proposes creating a comprehensive as-of-right city-wide zoning approach and enhancements to licensing and enforcement to encourage and regulate multi-tenant houses across the city, adding all of York and Etobicoke, Scarborough, North York, Leaside, and East York.

There was an online workshop Thursday May 27th, 6:30 - 8:00 pm with members of various Residents Associations attending.
