The case management conference between the applicant appellant (developer), the city solicitor (Alexander Suriano) and local organizations/residents for the Hearing regarding 3100 Bloor, the 13 storey condo for the corner of Montgomery and Bloor was held May 28, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. It was brief: a review of who has a dog in the game, and what is expected of that dog and all his backers.
