In March 2019, the Committee of Adjustment refused the proposed development application at 889 Royal York Road B0037/18EYK. The applicant appealed the Committee of Adjustment’s refusal to the Toronto Local Appeal Body (TLAB).
FINAL RESULT: On October 31st, 2019 the TLAB issued their decision. The severance request was not granted, and the variances were not authorized.
