The OMB hearing regarding a proposed eight-storey condominium development at 2915 Bloor Street West is at the halfway point. The case is hinged on the weight and applicability of the 2010 Mid Rise Guidelines. It’s a heavyweight match with the Guidelines versus the Bloor Kingsway Avenue Study which residents and city staff are fighting to preserve.
The hearing will continue on December 4th, 2018 for 4 days with a decision in the new year.
