Notice of Application
The City has received the following application under the Planning Act:
"To amend the Official Plan and Zoning By-law for an 8-storey mixed-use building comprised of 81 residential units and 507 m² of retail uses on the ground floor ... 3005 Bloor Street West & 14 Humbervale Boulevard. A two-storey single-detached dwelling is also proposed as part of the application."
This location is directly beside the Regency six story condominium at the southeast corner of Royal York and Bloor Street. It is currently occupied by a car wash business.
