After that the developer (TACCON INC) made some extremely minimal adjustments (in centimeters) and went for another CoA hearing on September 28th. This time the Committee of Adjustment voted in their favour.
The Bojics then decided to go to the next level and submitted a Notice to Appeal to the Toronto Local Appeal Body on October 16. The Hearing was scheduled for March 3, 2018. This post shows what they did to win.

Heritage Toronto is kicking off its consultation process for the 2018/2019 State of Heritage report. The report, released every election year, incorporates public feedback and research to provide recommendations for the incoming City Council.
Meeting July 4, 2018 re Bloor-Humbervale development
Councillor Di Ciano coordinated an evening meeting July 4th at the Etobicoke Civic Centre for residents and Community Council. This meeting concerned a developer's application to permit an 8-storey mixed-use building and a 2-storey single-detached residential building at 3005 Bloor Street West and 14 Humbervale Boulevard.
Councillor Di Ciano does not support this application at 8 storeys.

The OMB hearing regarding a proposed eight-storey condominium development at 2915 Bloor Street West is at the halfway point. The case is hinged on the weight and applicability of the 2010 Mid Rise Guidelines. It’s a heavyweight match with the Guidelines versus the Bloor Kingsway Avenue Study which residents and city staff are fighting to preserve.
The hearing will continue on December 4th, 2018 for 4 days with a decision in the new year.
